Traded in our jeep for a 2015 yukon, and I'm usually a skeptical person when it comes to dealerships and deals and the empty promises they make. But their negotiation was pretty on point, and their prices were more than fair, and we got a solid vehicle. I'm very happy with the experience and my wife is stoked about the yukon!

I’ve rented with this company several times & they never disappoint. The cars are always clean & exactly as pictured. The rental process is very simple efficient. All of my rentals have been contactless with clear instructions about pick up/drop off. The host is excellent with communication and very understanding as far as extending rentals, any issues, etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a rental!

I recently sold my Porsche, Macan S and was looking for a sedan so I came with cash interested in buying a Porsche Panamera. I insinuated I wanted to test drive, but Ben Insisted I should be sure I want the car before I test drive it. How in hell can I be sure I want the car if I haven’t driven it for goodness sake. He then texted me the details for the car and said I should be sure I want it before I can test drive it. Honestly, this didn’t appeal to me, or make sense. This is why I generally buy my cars in cash from a private party. For me, it makes sense to show up drive the car and if I like it, I’ll decide from there. I already had the details for the vehicle on my phone and him sending the link was quite useless and a waste of time. He spoke to me like I was stupid because I wasn’t familiar with the hybrid version of the car. After basically refusing a test drive, he then asked for my name which I shared with him and he seemed confused bc my name is a bit complex he then said OK well nice to meet you. “My name is Ben and mine is easy to remember” Not quite sure what he meant by this, but that was that. The whole experience was weird and now I see why everyone is leaving negative reviews for him.

Don't hardly post reviews but i had quite an interesting interaction with Ben.

Was interested in a car that's been sitting in their inventory for 80+ days. Obviously as a buyer you want a good deal especially if it's been unsold for 3 months. so I provided an offer and he completely changed his tone from friendly to condescending  "this is beyond your budget" (who are you to tell me what my budget really is when trying to negotiate 🤣).

So then I asked if he is willing to provide a better counteroffer and he stood his ground saying that the listing Price is final and the reason why the car isn't sold is because he "has potential buyers" but are not yet qualified (huh?????).

I gave him my zip code when asking for an OTD price and quotation and he responded "San Mateo county?" and I said I'm in mountain view with my zip code. I briefly made the statement that taxes should be similar since it's county over and he had a far-fetched tone as if I offended him "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Which quickly caught me by surprise. I thought I was talking to a car salesman not a whiny grown man. That's when I quickly told him I'll pass on even engaging and he quickly hung up.

So I went to see the reviews just to see if it was one off experience and he was having a bad day personally. Lord and behold the very few negative reviews was about Ben 🙃.

He may be a long time employee or vet but that  doesn't't negate the fact that as a salesman Customer service should be priority....if the offer was way off, just be frank that it's too low. it could've been handled better and would've liked to see more professionalism displayed from seasoned salesman. Or at least offer financing options to try to make the deal work or extend the conversation with some other cars that may be within my proposed offer. Not really difficult to find solutions to close deals.

I've been in contact with lots of dealership and by FAR Ben was the most unprofessional that it was pretty comedic that there are people like that making a living with this approaching their craft this way. Poor guy needs some love.

Gary: from the reviews it looks like you have great staff overall so not throwing shade to your business personally but think Ben could've been a bit more professional and stop making assumptions from a 5 minute conversation who your clientele or potential buyers are and what they can and can't afford 🙂

Been renting cars from this guy for awhile now. Communication has never been an issue. Low availability rates . Any issues alway handled accordingly. I strongly recommend this company and renting from them.
