We are selling the camper to make room for a sprinter van. Now that we are retired. We have made upgrades to the camper like blackout blinds that help with the cooling and heating inside the camper. We also reupholstered the couch and seat cushions. We resurfaced the countertops and table, and put in new flooring. The AC and heater works great and are regulated with thermostats. The stove has hook ups inside and outside Even though we never used it inside. It comes with two propane tanks that run the stove ,heater,water heater and can be used for the refrigerator. There’s a sink inside with running hot and cold water as well as outside showerhead for rinsing sand and cleaning up. There’s a large potable water tank that can be filled with a hose or left on Otherwise, you would be using the electric pump to pump the water. There is a gray water tank also for the sink drainage. The camper has two solar panels with a controller that will charge two phones and the main battery during the day. There is a radio with a USB port for auxiliary devices and speakers inside and outside. There is a carbon monoxide detector inside for safety. On each end of the camper are too large beds and the couch turns into a bed and you can let the table down for another bed. There’s an electrical hook up line that can be used with a generator or campsite hook up. It has a large storage compartment in the front of the camper and multiple ones inside. There’s a porta potty cabinet and on Amazon the portable potty is about $100 with flushing capabilities and they work great forget going outside to the bathroom. I don’t think you want ours. The screens have been well taken care of. There is a awning that you can cook on the stove outside and it has mosquito net sides for if you’re in the deep woods. And the plastic windows are in good shape no haze. The canvas I 3M sealed it last year. It’s good for about another 10 years. Everything works on the camper and I have the original manuals. The lift system is electric with a toggle switch and a safety switch. You really have to see the camper to appreciate it. It’s got a lot more adventures, to go. It sleeps 7 to 8 adults and children.
