In my life I have purchased 5 vehicles.  This was the best deal, from start to finish.  I recommend this place to buy a car to family and friends.  Chris is excellent, very helpful.  I purchased an Infiniti QX60 Luxe on 1/17/26, Chris took my information before going to the dealership, he got me the lowest interest rate and the monthly payment I wanted.  Paperwork at the office was easy, no problems, 30 minutes I was done and on my way.  Chris stayed open on Saturday after hours so the deal could be made.   My experience with West Coast Auto Remarketing in purchasing was the best.  My next vehicle I buy, will be with West Coast.

Had a great experience buying these guys. Chris was very helpful with the process, fast easy and pulled off. There was an issue with the car’s ac they ordered the part and are fixing it for free. Good service for sure.

Just bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and I’ve got to say—these folks run their operation like a well-oiled machine. From the moment we pulled in, it was clear they’re not about the usual used-car circus act. No pressure, no sketchy “let me talk to my manager” tactics, just straight answers and a team that actually knows their product.
The Tahoe was exactly as advertised—clean, mechanically solid, and priced right without the typical mystery fees that magically appear at the end of the deal. They walked us through every step, kept communication transparent, and treated us like we were closing on a house instead of just buying a car. That’s next-level professionalism.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealer.

From the very beginning, communication was terrible. They almost never answer the phone, don’t return calls, and act extremely rude and unprofessional when they do respond.

I told them I was interested in a vehicle and they ran my credit multiple times without clear communication, then claimed they got me a deal and told me to call back in two days. I did exactly that — I called over 10 times across multiple days and never got a response.

When I finally called from a different number, they picked up immediately. The salesman who goes by “Chris” suddenly claimed he never saw my texts, even though we had been communicating on the same number for days. He told me to call back Monday morning — I did — and once again, no answer. I texted him, he said he’d call me “in a minute,” and hours passed with absolutely nothing.

And when he did answer, his attitude made it sound like he had just woken up and was taking calls from his bed — careless, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in actually helping a customer.

On top of the horrible communication, they tried to charge me $2,500 just for shipping and stacked on excessive, questionable fees. It felt extremely sketchy and dishonest.

This dealership wasted two full weeks of my time — time I could have spent buying a car somewhere that actually respects customers.

The owner seriously needs to reevaluate their staff. If “Chris” represents this dealership, then it explains everything. He is not qualified for car sales or customer service and should either be retrained or replaced.

Horrible customer service. Shady business practices. Total lack of professionalism.
Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.
