Fabric sectional couch with chaise on right side. This couch is extremely comfortable when we did use it. It was mostly just for show. Couch has always been shampooed/cleaned frequently to keep it clean so it does not have any odors to it at all and it will be cleaned once again before it is sold. There is a minor flaw on the bottom of one cushion from when I was trying to put it back on after being washed before I got a heldheld cleaner but you can’t see it and it doesn’t affect anything. There is also a couple loose threads from the same issue when I washed it but it’s not very noticeable unless you’re really looking close at it. I provided pictures of both of those things to reference what I am talking about. The dimensions of the couch are 10 ft long, 4 ft 4 inches wide with a 7 foot long chaise. It would be great for a big family. It does come from a cat friendly home of just one kitty, but she has never scratched it at all and there is no color fading or pilling anywhere and as stated before, there’s no bad odor to it. This is first come first serve, pick up only and no holds. Couch is from American furniture galleries but forgot what brand it is.
