Description

This item needs to be picked up, you would need a truck to fit it in and about 3-4 people to carry down 6 stairs (not flights, just 6 steps). It is very heavy. There is a hole (see pictures) where the paint peeled. The doors glide easily so at times may glide open if not closed properly. Otherwise its in okay condition. Needs to be picked up today or tomorrow ideally (6/21/25 or 6/22/25) as the tenant is moving.. Please only serious inquiries for folks willing to come get it.
