If I could give ZERO star I would. I had my vehicle towed in after hours on Monday night after I broke down on the highway. I called first thing Tuesday morning at 7:30am to let them know that the vehicle had been towed in. I was told to call back as they just opened so they have no information, okay fine, I call again at 9:03am. I was then asked to leave a msg as nobody was available okay no problem (call #2 keep in mind) . I then wait a few hours and I do not hear anything at 2:30pm I call again and leave a msg for the service manager we are now on call #3 at this point. I do not hear a response so around 5:45pm I receive a call from a gentleman telling me they do not have the vehicle at this point I am frustrated and I ask if anyone even bothered to walk their lot and look for it his response was "I am on my way out we can try that tomorrow I was just trying to return the call"...I then hang up and call back and ask for someone to leave a msg with the manager. Manager calls claiming he never got my voicemail (this is the following day Wednesday) after this I tell him I defintiely left a voicemail but okay anyway, then he proceeds to tell me his advisors don't have time to walk around the lot if the tow truck driver does not leave the keys in the drop box and that they are not responsible. Let's make a sidenote the tow truck driver sent pictures of the vehicle in THEIR back lot, if someone would have simply walked back there the first 3 times I left msgs this would not have been an issue. Then they tell me they will do their best to get the vehicle looked at by Friday. Low and behold it is Friday vehicle never even got touched and I was to recieve a loaner vehicle per my recall which I was never offered. But the manager did tell me I can get the vehicle towed out or be patient. What customer service, if you value your time or communication or even want a hey we have your vehicle then I do NOT RECOMMEND Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce it is the WORST Ford I have ever had to deal with it was the worst experience. UPDATE: Had my vehicle towed to a different Ford AND LOW AND BEHOLD they left parts in my vehicle and hand prints everywhere. Very Very Very Very disappointed in the service departments customer service especially from the manager STEVEN.

We had a good experience at Sunrise Ford; I give EJ in sales 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Charles in finance was helpful and accommodating. The car wash was awful but we had it cleaned the next day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for experience is because the process took FOREVER and car came back dirty twice and the big AND was the whole process took over 5 hrs! We already knew the car, we have a great credit score, my husband use to sell cars, build and race Mustangs, etc…since this particular place is not a private dealership they had certain protocols to follow. I understand but this system was tortuous. But we do love the new Mustang. Thank you. 😊

This is the 3rd Explorer I’ve bought from this location. The staff is always courteous and as helpful as you can ask for. I appreciate Amber from sales and Charles from Finance for their 5 star service this go round and will keep this location in mind for my next trade in or purchase.

Wasted my time. Made an appointment with Maria last week to have my Mustang looked at for a computer issue. I was directed to this dealership from Ford motor company because the last dealership I went to let me know not to come in for my appointment because their FDR system was down. (Courteous right?)I was assured by sunrise that I had an appointment Tuesday and they would take a look at my car. So I got up two hours early to go take my car to the store just to find out that when I finally get someone to acknowledge that I’m there that it’s gonna be five days before they even look at the car? Why did I make an appointment. I’ve been upset with the Ford motor company over other issues, but this is the first dealership that gave me this kind of hassle. The San Bernardino dealership and the Riverside dealership were very courteous and respectful of my concerns, but this Dealership just acted like I was a bother even though I made an appointment with them. When I told her that was not acceptable and that I had an appointment to look at it today, she said sorry we have other people. didn’t even offered to schedule me an appointment for a day that would be able to look at it so it sounds like they just make an appointment for you to come in and then say good luck if they have time to look at it. Very poor business practice.
