This is going to be a lengthy read, but it is worth reading in full!
Slaven was very helpful in the beginning stages of getting ready to buy a car. We did things the way we felt comfortable with and there was no pressure to buy anything. Additionally, he did not try to have us test drive something we did not want at any point (other dealers will do this every time). We worked out a great deal with him that both myself and my fiancé were happy with. He said that if we had any issues, we should just bring the car back and he would resolve them. We didn't realize how valuable this was until two days later when the diesel system started having some issues. We troubleshot the problem together and he put hours into it before he called for backup from VW directly. They were able to find some issues with the computer system and some sensors that needed to be replaced, and ever since then, it has been behaving wonderfully! We also had him do some brake work recently, and he beat the closest competition by about $100. The motor mounts came up next, and he beat the next closest by more than 50% off the price with reputable OEM quality parts. He's been a great help all along the way, and we are getting ready to make our second purchase here very soon because of how above and beyond he truly goes for his customers. No matter how frustrating it can be to get to a resolution, we just have a laugh and it gets fixed.

This is now our permanent German vehicle purchase and service location. No question.

If you want a “good deal” then maybe go here. HOWEVER, if you want a vehicle that a check engine light comes on within 2hrs of leaving there lot, then definitely come here. They buy vehicles from dealerships that have issues and they try to fix them up an re-sell. Bought 2014 VW Jetta TDI from them, light came on 2hrs later. Took it back to them 6-7 times in the last 8months to try to fix the issue. Along with working on it myself. Now the transmission is rattling like it’s gonna fall apart and they want me to pay to fix it. I’m selling it…they’re all garbage. I seen plenty of people in there getting the purchased vehicle re-worked on when I went there numerous times. Only reason they got 2stars is because they sort of stayed in contact and would answer my questions sometimes.

I really recommend this dealership to everyone. Very friendly stuff, and always open to help. I bought a car from them (Passat 2012), and after horror with previous car, finally i have an amazing car, and for first time I full enjoy my car. The best dealership ever. 😊
