Great condition for vintage. Soft and comfortable, only lightly used over the years, no stains or sunbleaching, a few fabric frays and scuffs on the wood legs but only noticeable up close. Smoke free but pet friendly home- pets were never allowed on this couch. Includes matching pillow, shown in last photo Dimensions: Length: 76.5in Width: 32.5in Height: 32in (approximate) Around 67.8in long measuring where the feet touch the ground, the armrest extends out quite a bit farther so the total length is about 76.5in. Highest portion of couch on left side is about 32in high, sloped down section of couch is about 24in high. Seat about 17in off ground.
