Update: upon further review of the service papers I noticed that they mentioned that they couldn’t find the hub cap was and they never replaced it.  The service manager failed to tell us this when picking up the car. If they lose or break a part on the car, shouldn’t they replace it? See the photos for proof.

Took my wife's car to the service department in January for a routine oil change and tire rotation as we have a service contract with them that was prepaid. When I went to pick up the car they said that the wheel stud was stripped and that they needed to replace the bolt. Then they tell me that the wheel hub that the bolt is screwed into is stripped and that I would have to pay $500+ to replace the parts. Also, they didn't have the parts in stock so they said I could take the car home with one less bolt on the wheel because the part was back ordered and they didn't know when they would receive it. I didn't take the car home because I thought that it was unsafe to drive. I thought that this was fishy because I only had my tire rotations done at Cutter Fiat service department. I asked to speak to the manager. The service manager then tells me that since I haven't had a tire rotation in over a year and a half that we could have stripped it ourselves. I told her that we only get tire rotations done at Cutter Fiat. She then says that how do I know that? I could have gotten done somewhere else. Then they try to tell me that this is a normal wear and tear part and that bolts just get like that even though it was not taken off or tightened since I last took it for a tire rotation and Cutter Fiat. Which was me was it? Is it that I am lying and someone else or myself stripped the bolt or is it normal wear and tear? I got advice from 2 of my mechanic friends who said the bolts don't strip themselves and that if I was sure that only Cutter Fiat service did my tire rotations and they must have over torqued the bolt when putting it on. After explaining this to the service manager she decided that she would give me 50% off the parts and service for the replacement of the wheel hub and bolt. I left still feeling disappointed. I wanted to see if this is a case to persue via the BBB so I filed a case. I finally got to pick up my car after a month. Then they tell me that they rescinded the 50% offer because I filed a case with the BBB. The BBB said they didn't receive a response from the business. No explanation of how this is normal wear and tear or anything. I just ended paying the $530 bill for parts and labor. I feel cheated by Fiat even after we have been going there for service from 2017 when we bought the car brand new from Cutter Fiat. I figured that if we paid the extra for regular maintenance from the dealer that we would get great customer service and not have to pay for mistakes made by their own service department. Too bad because my wife loves her Fiat.

Definitely will not buy another car from them.  Dealership went down the drain completely.  From the paperwork, communication, and listening skills.  Salesman harassing you don’t know when to stop.  Salesman trying to keep you from driving off because you were being harassed and sick.  The new employees need discipline and better training.  I am just livid I wanted to co sign for someone, but I was put the primary owner of the damn car.  How hard is it to follow directions??? Then I came back twice after purchasing the car.  Once because names need to be changed on reg than a second time because reg fee wasn’t added to the damn contract.  Came back twice in on day.

Very disappointed with the service and communication from this dealership. I took my 2024 Wrangler in for the check engine light flashing. After 3 days, I had to call for an update. My service tech, Rey, said he’d been calling but no answer which was not true. I was told that the part for my Jeep (an O2 sensor) was on national back order, and they didn’t know when it would be done. I continually had to call for updates and would get different answers depending on who I spoke to. I finally called another dealership and Jeep customer service who informed me the part was not backordered. It took me going to the dealership to finally get them to expedite the repairs on my Jeep. Rey was very rude when confronted about the lack of communication and blamed me. Do not recommend.

The experience overall was amazing! I looked at the dealerships inventory and noticed a Toyota Tacoma in stock. I got in touch with Marian(Executive Assistant) and she was very helpful in starting the buying process by guiding me through the financing application before driving to the town location. Christian the sales representative who first helped me when I arrived at the dealership was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He helped me fill in the rest of the blanks for the application and made sure all the information was correct. Christian answered all my questions after I took a look at the truck and provided the necessary information along with a thorough explanation. Ashley(Finance Manager) went above and beyond to get the best deals possible for me! She was very communicative when going over everything, thoroughly and straight forward. During the entire buying process not once did I feel misguided, discouraged in my decisions, or like I was just another customer to make a sale off of. All in all, I felt truly taken care of and would definitely recommend the town location to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you again for the amazing experience!

Prepare to waste 4 hours or more just to get an overpriced numbers sheet.

I went to cutter and was trying to spend an hour to get a pricing sheet to compare to another dealership. All my research was done, and I told them everything I was looking for in a new Jeep gladiator. Sergiy checked every VIN in inventory and found me some vehicles to look at (he bent over backwards for me and was low pressure) he drove me to their Pearl city dealership to look at the two vehicles that had everything I wanted, when we got there both of them were dead and last year's models.

After 3 hours and driving across the island we got back, and he tried to get the sales manager to get me number on those models. This is where it became a root canal inconvenience, the sales manager who never bothered to come out and give an apology for the waste of my time gave a quote with a 14K markup on the MSRP. She was making lite and joking about the issue in text after I left.

The sales reps try but their managers and the dealership as a whole are only looking for Honolulu money on base models of vehicles. I feel like I was chained to that sales desk for an exuberant amount of time, if you are just looking at vehicles I would go after hours then look at prices elsewhere before ever walking in their door for dishonest prices between the website and the out the door price.

As an example, stock number PJ24160/2 have $50k and $53k as an online price and they gave me a $59K price prior to Title, taxes, tags and other fees on the cheaper option. Not to mention these are both last year's models with dead batteries/sun damage from being on the lot for so long
