Antique c.1(contact info removed) J. A. Henckels Germany Hand Forged Carbon Steel Full Tapered Tang Walnut Scales Chef's Heavy Duty Meat Turning Serving Fork This is a high quality antique J. A. Henckels Solingen Germany Chef's meat turning serving fork.  Great condition with patina, rock solid and nice and tight. A good polish of steel and brass rivets would bring this meat fork to mint condition.  "This heavy duty meat fork has been hand forged from a single piece of high carbon steel constructed full tapered tang with solid Walnut scales and secured with four small steel pins and one large pin." This heavy meat fork would easily handle any large cut that you could manage to lift without bending; Rib Roast, Pork Shoulder, Full Ham, Pork Butt, Turkey, etc. The fork measures 12.5" inches long with 4.5" inch long 3/16" inch thick sharp tines. It is marked J. A. Henckels Solingen Germany with Twins logo.
