1977 Dodge American Clipper

1977 American Clipper on a Dodge Chassis with a 440 big block RUNS AND DRIVES but there some minor fixes that need to be done. The fluids need to be changed and the tabs are expired. No generator and the fuse panel was taken out before we owned it so we have always used rechargeable battery powered disk lights and everything else was either propane or electric. All the propane lines are in tact and so are the appliances with the exception of the fridge. We put in an electric fridge because there wasn’t one at all when we got it. Toilet, shower, sinks, grey and black tanks, electric water pump, water tank, water lines, propane hot water heater, built in propane tank, all engine components (except the coach battery) are all intact and functional. Fiberglass shell / diminishing the risk of leaks is one piece and in good condition. I sealed the roof with Flex Seal Roof Coating last year and it’s is holding up great with no leaks or issues. Should last a couple more years if not longer. It’s old and not in perfect condition but I have lived in it for the last 4 years and it has been great to me. Kept me warm and dry and a roof over my head. It has so much more life left in it use it for your home on wheels or take it out camping off or on grid. I have Clear Title in hand in my name I don’t have any pictures of the inside yet because I am literally in the process of moving out of it. But that will be done in the next couple days and ready for its new owner!
