Just want to say it's been awesome to work with CHARLES CLARKE, I was looking around for a BMW and came across one here. I am from Goodyear AZ and Charles went out video recorded the car pointed out the imperfections he found witch were minor things and was as honest as they come. Me and my Boys decided to go out and look at it and it was exactly as he described and the out the door price exactly what he sent me. I can't thank Charles enough for all his help and honesty I drove it back home and I am glad I bought it out there with them. I got the exact package I was looking for and at my budget. After a month long of dealing with the other Acura dealership, we came to Findlay to give it a try. Lupe is the man! He didn’t waste any of our time, there was no pressure or tense situations, a much different atmosphere than what we previously experienced. Lupe gave us numbers we could work with, and we immediately closed in on a great deal we couldn’t turn down. He explained to us all the available incentives and gave us the most we can get to reach a good deal. This is the kind of dealer we like to see, one that actually cares for the people, seeks to make us happy with our choice, and most importantly he realizes that getting a car is a monumental moment for people. This was my girlfriend’s first ever car purchase, and we had a great experience with it. 10/10 would recommend!

I walked into the dealership with no clue what I was looking for—just hoping to check out some options. From the start, Charlie was super helpful, answering all my questions and making sure my family and I felt comfortable the whole time. Buying my first car was something I thought would be stressful, but he made it so much easier.

He didn’t just focus on selling me a car—he took the time to get to know me and my family (who, to be honest, weren’t exactly thrilled about spending all day at a dealership). His manager and the finance team were just as fantastic—patient, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Even though I’m from out of state, I already know I’ll be making the trip back to Henderson when my lease is up. Not only did I drive away with an AMAZING new car, but I also met a great guy who has continued to check in and answer my questions even after I left the lot. If you want a car-buying experience that’s stress-free and enjoyable, you HAVE to ask for Charlie!

I recently visited Findlay Acura and test drove a 2025 Integra with the Aspec Technology Package (Manual).  It was a very nice car to drive.  Melvin, the salesperson, provided me with an OTD price.

After removing dealer markups, and discounting the listed price, their offer appeared to be close to the MSRP on the vehicle's window sticker.  Minus the destination charge.  At MSRP, the dealership makes a pretty decent profit.  What the dealership pays to get the car (invoice pricing) is a lot less.  That's my understanding.

I think their offer could have been a bit more competitive.  Especially if I finance through Honda/Acura.  There might be a better one later in the year with more color options.  Time will tell.
