Gray Sectional Sofa & Area Rug

Gray Sectional Sofa & Area Rug - being completely upfront: this sofa and rug have been heavily used and show plenty of wear and tear, which you can clearly see in the photos. This is not a new or like-new set, and it’s not for someone looking for perfect condition. That said, if you need a couch and rug quickly, are furnishing a first apartment, temporary space, game room, rental property, or just need something affordable to get by, this could be a good option. Included: * Gray sectional sofa with chaise * Gray area rug Condition: * Visible wear from everyday use * Stains, discoloration, and signs of age * Tear/damage on the corner of the chaise * Rug shows wear as well * Still usable and comfortable, just far from perfect I’m pricing it fairly based on its condition and would rather be honest than waste anyone’s time. Please look closely at all photos before messaging. Pickup only. Selling because I’m moving and need it gone before Monday morning
