Exceptional Experience with Frank

My husband and I visited AutoNation Bellevue because he wanted to gift me a car — my first car in the U.S. We planned to test drive a few pre-owned BMW X3 and X1 models, but thanks to Frank, we drove away with a brand-new X3 instead.

As a long-time Mercedes loyalist who hadn’t driven much here, I wasn’t expecting to switch brands so easily. I went in to purchase a used 2011 Honda CRV. I was treated with respect like any other customer that was there to purchase a luxury vehicle. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, didn’t patronize me, and respected my barriers when I decided not to purchase. I highly recommend booking appointments with Jennie Mao for services at BMW of Bellevue. Jennie is the best service adviser I have ever had. She exceeded my expectations. The way she pays attention to details and shows respect for her customers is unsurpassable. For example, when I went to pick up my car, she backed my car into the service area so I could drive forward and leave. If she had not done that, I would have to back out of the service area because all lanes were blocked by cars that were not ready to leave. She even pressed the driver seat position setting button for me! I am extremely satisfied with her service.
