Update: about 2 weeks AFTER my temp plates expired I contacted them stating I hadn't received my plates, they got back to me eventually and said that they were there, after we had discussed them being sent direct to me. Would have been nice to get a notice from them. Had to wait for them to mail them out to me another week.
Update: They DEFINITELY cleared the code, because the check engine light is back now. Go somewhere else, these guys cannot be trusted.
It was a good experience at first... the whole story: I initally went to look at an audi but after driving it could tell the transfer case was shot, would barely shift out of 1st so they had to have known about that, looked at another audi and it had a tick immediately, didn't even drive it, so again they had to have known something was wrong there as well. Eventually settled on a ford edge, seemed to drive good, got the carfax, nothing stood out too much other than a prior accident. It seemed like a good fit so I put down a retainer, they held the car longer than first discussed and seemed nice, however after getting home and scanning the vehicle (unfortunately I left right from work and didn't have my scanner on me at the time of buying) I realize that was all for the sale... it showed 3 major issue codes and one moderate issue code and showed that SOMEONE had recently cleared the codes (within last 50 miles). When I contacted them they stated they dont clear codes, but to admit doing so in a text message would make them liable. So be careful, I dont know whether or not they cleared the codes or if they knew of any issues, but who knows... car salesmen are just that, they want to sell the vehicle, thats what they care about.

I had a wonderful first time experience, I found everyone to be extremely friendly and down to earth. They have awesome prices on some really reliable vehicles!
My test drive went smooth, I'm looking forward to coming back to purchase the vehicle! The staff was so warm & welcoming, they were so kind and friendly.
