I had my BMW serviced here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was fast and professional from start to finish. They first checked out the car thoroughly, identified which parts needed replacement, and gave me a clear rundown of what needed to be done. The best part? The price was very reasonable, They even scheduled me for the day to come back and have the parts installed. Great service, highly recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Jidd Motors Body Shop, and I can't recommend them highly enough! After purchasing my Mercedes, which was still under factory warranty, I encountered some wiring issues and had christmas lights on dashboard..Unfortunately, the Mercedes service center denied my claim, citing "outside influence," Rotten damage and charged me $678 just for a diagnosis. They estimated the repair would cost around in between $2500 to $5,000, which was overwhelming.
Feeling stuck, I reached out to Jidd Motors, where I originally bought my car. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Ahmad, the manager of the body shop. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through the issues with my car. His genuine care for his customers was evident, and he kept in touch with me every step of the way. Gave his personal number and kept in touch with me for two weeks until we figured options…Who does that in todays world, i have met very few genuine people who really cares about their customers and concerns, he is one of them.

Not only did Ahmad and his team ( Ali, Clint, Briana ) fix my car, but they also saved me a significant amount of money compared to what I would have paid at the Mercedes service center. In my 10 years in Chicago, I have never encountered such dedicated and compassionate service.

Dimitri was great!  He made the process buying a used car quick and easy!  He was attentive and responded to quickly to questions asked.  Definitely recommend dealing with him!

First time at Jidd Motors Mitsubishi Service Center for Annual Maintenance visit. 3 hour wait in the customer waiting area complete with charging stations, WiFi, coffee or espresso. Porsche oil filter, fluids and tires checked and rotated. Nothing else found so that's a good thing. Service is included in Jidd's 3 year Import agreement. Only notable things lacking from comparable dealerships; snacks, water and a carwash after vehicle is complete. Get those down and it would be 5 stars all the way.
