I had a great experience at Premium Autos even though I saw a lot of negative reviews. The only issue I ran into was that they rarely answer the phone, so you definitely need to go in person if you want to see cars.

My sales rep Camila was amazing. She gave me her number, kept in touch, and made sure I found the exact Tesla I was looking for. I actually got that specific car with low mileage and I love it.

When I first picked it up, they weren’t able to fully detail it that day, but Camila told me to bring it back later in the week and she had it detailed for me. That kind of customer service really made the difference.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and positive. Just keep in mind that calling doesn’t work too well, but if you go in person and work with Camila you’ll be in good hands.

Tried calling this dealership and of course an AI answers. Nobody would pick up, and about 6 minutes later someone finally calls me back. Turns out the car I was calling about isn’t even in stock. I asked for an out-the-door price and they wouldn’t give me one — huge red flag. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, maybe a manager, and she says nobody’s available. No manager on a Saturday? Seriously?

It’s pretty clear they just want people to come in so they can pile on a bunch of add-ons nobody wants and jack up the price. The advertised price is NOT real. Don’t waste your time — I’m warning you.

Buyer beware. They tack on $2000 in mandatory add-ons. According to them, non-negotiable. You won't find good deals here. Funny because you go to used car dealerships to find them. They say their prices are good, but not when the mandatory add-ons are counted. Their -$2000 sale on teslas is nullified by their dumb add-on. A lot of lost business due to this.

On the flip side, the female employee I spoke with was nice and professional. And was kind enough not to waste my time by letting me know $2000 mandatory fees were added.

What a joke of a dealership.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Had I been aware that the vehicles were not certified and that no inspections were conducted, I would have chosen not to purchase from this dealership. The cars are riddled with issues and lack essential components. The company does not accept responsibility for these problems. They also sell insurance policies that fail to cover the issues they claim to address during the sales process. I urge you to think twice before buying here to avoid facing the same unfortunate situation I encountered, ultimately ending up with a used car that requires significant investment for repairs. My advice is to refrain from making a purchase. I feel let down and burdened with debt for a vehicle that has come to be worthless.  The most concerning aspect is that the dealer openly acknowledges selling vehicles without being certain of their condition. This situation is akin to purchasing from a private seller; however, the distinction lies in the additional costs incurred—namely taxes, the commission of an unprofessional seller, and insurance that offers no real protection. Ultimately, you might find yourself spending an extra $3,000 without receiving any value in return. I urge you to reconsider before making a purchase here—take heed of my experience.

I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at this dealership tonight. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific car and drove over two hours from San Diego just to see it. When I arrived, I was casually told the car had been sold earlier today — no phone call, no text, no courtesy update to save me the time, gas, and effort.

To make matters worse, the salesperson brushed me off completely. Instead of apologizing or offering alternatives, he told me he was tired after selling six cars already and that it was close to closing time. He had zero interest in helping me look at any other vehicles or answering questions. I felt completely unwelcome and dismissed.

This is not how a reputable business operates. Wasting a customer’s time like this without even a shred of effort to make things right is unacceptable. The whole experience left me feeling like this place is unprofessional at best — and at worst, a scam. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this dealership.
