Antique W.D. Allison Physician’s cabinet

This rare 1930s antique walnut medical cabinet or dental station with plenty of beautiful details was manufactured by W.D. Allison Co., Indianapolis and distributed by National Surgical Stores Inc, Brooklyn. This cabinet is raised on four wooden legs and equipped with a multi size cabinet space, consisting of two lower areas followed by 5 drawers all with original knobs, a removable black glass top work area and a diamond grain hinged top with wood inlays, probably for medication which was meant to be protected. W.D. Allison company was a manufacturer of physicians office furniture, based in Indianapolis. Measurements (approximately) Width:28” Height from bottom to table top: 32.5” Height from bottom to hutch top: 38.5” Depth: 17” There is some overall wear, but otherwise is in very good condition.
