Limited edition. 1,950 published, of which 1,500 were numbered and registered. This is number 26. Approximate measurements: 4 1/4” x 7 3/4” (compact narrow format.) Subscribed to Richard H. Moyle. Label on spine. Color title plate affixed to the rear endpaper. Pictorial endpapers by Aubrey Beardsley. Translated by F. R. Ashfield. Gourmont was a French symbolist poet, novelist and influential critic. Cover features a colorful, mosaic-like stained glass design. Cover is slightly faded.interior is clean and unmarked.
