I bought a car with these wanna be dealership people and they “as is” purchased a vehicle from whoever they get their vehicles from without checking how the vehicle runs, if locks work properly, if the trunk opens or not more specifically if the car keys work to open the trunk! As I’m inspecting the car asking if they will get the trunk open and other things fixed before I purchase the vehicle I was promised their mechanic would fix it with an appointment scheduled. Here at my “appointment” two weeks later and the managers telling me the costs to open the trunk is up to me and to contact a lock smith! The manager here is inconsiderate immature and rude! I asked her if they just purchase vehicles without proper inspections or at least making sure the trunk can open and she said they do proper inspections, when asked “so my vehicle you guys didn’t make sure the trunk can open” she responded saying “if that’s what you want to hear” it’s a yes or no question and she literally choked on her own words! “In this case” so not to mention the $1000 I spent on parts for my boyfriend to fix the vehicle with all the issues it had this place is the worse place to even consider purchasing from! The lack of knowledge,  professionalism, maturity and humanity all falls back to the management! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE or regret it after!

I worked with Nitza on buying my new car. She was very upfront and clear about price negotiations, and super helpful with getting me into the best car for my budget. Not only that, but they were willing to scan the car from the ODB 2 sensor and explain any issues it had, without any hesitation. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a place that doesn't play games.

Nitza was such a wonderful sales associate. She went completely above and beyond, to not only make sure that we got a vehicle that we wanted, but also financing that worked for our budget. I’m so very impressed with their professionalism. I will be a customer for life!!!

Update:
This became such a nightmare the last couple weeks. I have called All Approved Autoworks everyday, and made the hour trip from my house multiple times the last 10 days, just to get the tag that I already paid for. None of the staff will give us a replacement temporary tag, so we have a vehicle, with a monthly payment, that we can’t drive without worrying about getting pulled over and ticketed for driving on an expired temporary tag. The manager keeps telling us that we can come get a replacement temporary tag, but when we drive all the way there, no manager is ever there, and nobody else there “can help”. I’m beyond frustrated and want the tag that we already paid for.

I had a very bad experience here if you're looking for a  reliable car don't  go here and don't never ask for (Nitza Rios-Trevuno )very rude and money hungry. They will not return your money once you put it they're hand. Very negative attitude towards us she told us to drive the car only across the street for a test drive we couldn't go down the street or around the corner.And last the car's are to old and raggedy for 6k to 8k for old car's that half way works. Stay away run fast they only want your money. Thumbs down for me 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Stay away.

We purchased a vehicle they described as “smooth and reliable.” Less than 24 hours later, the car broke down. After scanning it with a proper diagnostic tool, multiple stored codes were discovered — serious issues that were either ignored or deliberately concealed.

When we initially asked to have the vehicle scanned before buying, Nitza Trevino performed a quick OBD scan — but did not show us the screen, only verbally saying, “It’s just a crankshaft sensor.” Do NOT trust their OBD scans unless they physically show you the diagnostic screen yourself.

After the breakdown, we reached out and asked for a refund due to the misrepresentation. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted we pay out of pocket to have the vehicle towed back to them if we wanted it repaired — an absurd ask considering we barely had it for a day.

To make matters worse, they initiated repossession proceedings just days after the sale. The repossession notice was dated July 25 but wasn’t sent or received until July 30, giving us little to no time to respond before the 10-day deadline expired.

BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SIGN BECAUSE THERE IS NO RECOURSE AS GOVERNMENT AND LOBBYIST ARE IN BED TO SCREW THE SMALL MAN. LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES OF THE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE COME BEFORE YOU.

•       Vehicle broke down within 24 hours
•       Misleading OBD scan — not shown to buyer
•       Refusal to offer refund
•       Predatory repossession tactics
•       Misleading online listings through a third party (Nitza Trevino)

This dealership is not trustworthy. Protect yourself. Demand full transparency, insist on seeing any diagnostic scans yourself, and don’t be fooled by friendly sales talk or social media listings. What looks like a good deal can quickly turn into a nightmare.
