I just bought it 2 weeks ago! It is brand new however I did build it and I threw away the box but it has all the parts and I haven’t even used it. (Im still using my old chair this one has just been sitting there) Since I threw the box away I can’t return it but everything about it is good and in perfect condition I just didn’t like the shade of pink since it didn’t match with the rest of my setup. You are welcome to sit on it and come look at it in person to see if it’s a chair you’d want!
