My wife, Valerie, and I recently purchased a vehicle from Risen Motors, and we wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. Unlike previous car-buying experiences, which were often characterized by high-pressure sales tactics and protracted negotiations, our visit to Risen was remarkably different.

From the outset, the sales representative’s approach was refreshingly low-pressure and accommodating. He readily provided access to the vehicles we were interested in and patiently answered all our questions. This positive initial interaction was further enhanced by our meeting with the owner, who took the time to discuss his business philosophy and offered us refreshments. His transparency regarding financing options and available warranties was particularly appreciated.

We expressed some initial concerns about the vehicle, and the owner addressed them directly and proactively. While there was a minor delay in obtaining a necessary part, the dealership's provision of a loaner vehicle demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. The final price was also surprisingly favorable.

Overall, the entire process was efficient, transparent, and stress-free. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the exceptional level of service provided by Risen Motors. We highly recommend their dealership and will certainly return for future vehicle needs.

Mike and Robert are very rude to their customers. I went in there to get my starter looked at so they put a new one in then mike comes around after I got it fixed. He told me i kept on harassing him and his workers about fixing it while I still had a warranty underneath so if you’re looking for a vehicle, go somewhere else because these people will be rude to you I have gotten two vehicles from him and this is how he’s going to treat me and that kid Robert is useless cause he’s always rude. He doesn’t know what he is doing and after we left his shop, he made my mother cry. What kind of Christian man says something like that to my mother

Told me they approved me so I went there. Test drove a Subaru and the car was immediately making grinding noises. Then he told me they have a Malibu, so I went to test drive that and he brought out a jump box to get it going. And then says oh by the way the screen doesn't work either. Unless you're getting the newest vehicle there, they offer absolute crap

(Edit: I disagree with the dealer’s response below. I was polite with VW staff and did not behave in the way described. I stand by my experience as written) Do not buy a car from these absolute clowns. From day one, the check-engine light lit up like a Christmas tree — turns out they ‘Cobb-togethered’ this car just enough to limp it through the sale. Their so-called 30-day ‘warranty’ is a joke; they refused a return, refused repairs, and now I’m stuck with an $11,000 driveway ornament.

The salesman looked like he just rolled out of bed and thought sweatpants counted as professional attire. When I asked about the problems, they acted like I was the unreasonable one.

If you enjoy throwing away money and arguing with people who treat accountability like it’s optional, this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else
