I recently bought a vehicle for my son's first car here. We test drove multiple cars and everything was pretty straightforward.  The lady in the office was very nice and fast with processing. Without getting into details that night we had a pretty serious issue with the vehicle. I called Mo on a Sunday he answered and was very responsive. He was prompt in fixing the issue no questions asked. Situations like this can get nasty if  handled improperly. Mo was very professional and the situation was handled promptly and smoothly.
