Set includes one memory foam mattress as seen in pic. We have another twin size mattress for the bottom drawer if needed also. Can be used as Couch, bed and storage. Saves lots of space The trundle bed can be used as storage or a bed. It is a pull out drawer on wheels that you can move. It is new the mattress has a little discolor from self tanner but over all is in great condition. Still you can see it is still on Bob’s website without the mattresses for that price. This includes one mattress and for the other mattress I can sell that also. We also have a queen bed available. Overall Dimension 87"W x 43"D x 33"H
