Location: Pick up near 91st and Greenway in Sun City. This listing includes: one Enesco Cherished Teddies figurine titled "You're the Frosting on the Birthday Cake", #9117 / 028, dated 1997. This piece has the box and the original Certificate of Congratulations. The only thing not included would be there original plastic bag. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me and ask. Terms: Cash only for pick ups, Zelle only for deposits please. PLEASE READ: Absolutely NO HOLDS of any kind without a deposit due to so many no-shows. All of our items are first come, first served. The early bird gets the worm unless I specifically state that I am holding until you arrive, or if you provide a small deposit via Zelle. HOWEVER I will never sell an item to another if you and I have confirmed that you are on the way.
