City Furniture

Up for sale is a package deal that I am selling together (will not sell separately). These are an outdoor patio sofa, chair, and table. The items are from City Furniture and are less than 2 years old. I purchased them for my patio, but never use them and have probably sat on them less than a handful of times. Items are in near perfect condition. I have the cleaning material for Sunbrella to help with the furniture covers. The chair looks like it has a few small marks on it but it is simply dust that accumulated from neighbor’s construction. This can be washed out in washing machine or Sunbrella cleaning supply. All 3 items total $2300. Selling for $1200, and customer must pick up. Location is in Wesley Chapel.
