I was looking to purchase a car and was met with the best service I've ever had in my life. Shout out to Ricardo Cedeno and Jimmy Albasaleh for making this deal happen! I brought in my credit union approval and they worked with their finance department to get me deal. Though this isn't my first car purchase from a dealership but I would recommend anyone who is buying their first car to go to them as they explain every option you have very thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend them, they made me a lifetime customer! Give these guys a raise!

For this entire month I have been interest in buying the new Chevrolet Equinox EV. I first test drove this vehicle at Puente Hills Chevrolet and I loved it! However when working numbers with the vehicle I wanted to trade in I could not come into agreement with the monthly payments I was comfortable with. Eventually I was told that they could not accept my trade in! Additionally after being told that, I was asked if I had a different vehicle I would like to trade in. Being I had another vehicle for trade in with less negative equity they did not want to work with me to lower the price! They also did not follow up with me after they said they would! A week later passed and I had already visited several dealers and comparing there electric vehicles with the Equinox. After comparing these vehicles I was still hooked on the getting the Chevy Equinox EV! So I decided to visit Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia. As soon as I was pulling out of my driveway I get a phone call from one of the online sales assistant “Viviana” who convinced me to go to Chevrolet of Montebello! After heading over there I was not quickly attended but was helped the entire time by Leo who is one of the newer members of the team. Leo assisted me throughout the process. His attention to detail and overall customer service made a great impression!

Bought my first ever car with them and Danny was amazing! He was very helpful in getting me to a price I liked and made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I love my new Chevy. Tony and Eduardo were such a pleasure to work with. The finance department was so helpful and friendly. No shady business, not trying to upsell me anything I didn’t want. I felt super lucky to have found this dealership!!!  Easiest purchase ever..  better than Toyota and Hyundai!

I was given a phone number to call to discuss my review. I was told that a team member would get back to me to give me an update on my car. I can't believe that I'm still waiting on that update. It took ruffly 10 days to replace my transmission the first time.Same job going on 6 weeks and I have not received a phone call nor a text message. Please please can I get an update
