As is. Great pieces that have unfortunately been sitting in my apartments garage so the dust on desk is real. But besides wear and tear great practical condition. Tried covering both with things to help the cause. Fun adjustable height space mid century modern? Space rolly chair. I just upgraded for something smaller so getting rid of these. Day times here and there before 5pm ideal for pick up or to check it out. Could be a fun refurbishing project if not clean up 😎
