Vintage made in the USA 1988 Peavey Foundation black/ black face neck beauty. This year and model were definitely more detailed paint scheme wise and hardware wise compared to the later year Foundations where they cut corners a bit. Rare Peavey Super Ferrite pickups are known for their excellent punch and tone. German made Chrome Schaller tuning machines and a matching upgraded Schaller heavy mass bridge. Peavey's Micro- tilt neck feature is adjustable via the hole in the back neck plate. Comfortable slim nut width neck plays like a Fender Jazz. Perfect polished frets. Great low action and playability. All original electronics are 100% functional and noise free. New round wounds with perfect intonation. An Outstanding overall condition 37 year old bass guitar.
