DO NOT BUY FROM EUROPE MOTOR CARS LLC!!I called FARNAZ NEZ the owner, the same day the car arrived to let them know the car was not running correctly. Not only did it not run correctly but it also smelled like it had flooded. She did nothing but offer $200 for a detail. POINTLESS!! I have had this car since NOVEMBER 2024 its only been less than 4 months and I have to pay $4,000 to fix this car. DO NOT BUY FROM EUROPE MOTOR CARS LLC!!

Amazing Customer service! Buying a car is nerve wracking enough especially when coming from out of state and looking for a foreign sports car like I was but Farnaz was amazing! Answered every question, sent me plenty of videos of the vehicle, was very honest about everything and provided an amazing experience. Even let my friend who lives in Houston inspect the car before I flew out from (Kentucky) to purchase. Would 100% recommend to my friends and family and when it’s time for an another car I hope to do business with her and the company again.

Farnaz is fantastic! I purchased a 2018 Jaguar XJ from Europe Motor Cars in December 2024 out of state. However, before purchasing, I wanted to have the car inspected by a local Jaguar Land Rover dealership as I had bought quite a few lemons when I didn’t take this precautionary step. Farnaz was incredibly helpful in arranging the inspection and took the vehicle in for me. She sent me pictures of the car in the reception area of the JLR dealership, the service receipts, and the dealer’s inspection report.

Additionally, she resolved all the issues identified during the inspection. I’m very happy with the car and haven’t experienced any problems; even after driving over 500 miles, no issues have popped up. I would definitely buy from Europe Motor Cars again if I needed another vehicle. There aren’t many trustworthy used car dealers around, but this one is exceptional. I can’t recommend them enough especially for out-of-state buyers!
