This is the upgraded version for all terrain and it works! The wheels and steering/balance are way better than most of the others. Purchased this one when I tored my calf and had to be in an ortho boot, but i tore my OTHER calf a week later so this is pretty much BRAND NEW! Also purchased the much needed cushioned knee pad and cup holder. In perfect condition, needs air in tires (that's how it comes, but we could do). Asking $175 obo, pu broomall This is for small adults, kids mostly. 5'5" and under I believe ...seat and handle bars adjustable.
