First time, buyer of this dealership and I have to say, the experience was really pleasant when my wife and I walked in are salesman Shaz welcomed us with the open arms and a great attitude. And he walked us through the lot as we took our time and picking the car that we want. We went on a test drive, came back and sealed the deal.
The finance team was nothing but excellence and professionalism. They worked very hard getting us into our brand new 2025 Honda HR-V  we are extremely happy with the service that was provided in the vehicle that we now hold huge shout out to Shaz our salesman , AJ the financial director and Paul the used car manager we will definitely be buying another car with this dealership.

I’ve been to Northside Honda several times for maintenance, and while they always claim a multipoint inspection is included, it never actually seems to get done. During my most recent visit, I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in for a full fluids flush and mentioned that my brakes were squeaking when releasing the pedal. The advisor assured me they’d inspect the brakes. Later, I was told that a multipoint inspection was completed and everything looked fine.

Still concerned, I took my car to a local independent shop, where they immediately found an issue with the brakes that required attention. It’s disappointing that Northside Honda either skipped or overlooked something so obvious.

On top of that, I’ve been trying for months to get my car’s paint recall addressed. The paint has been peeling off the passenger-side mirror and door handles. Every time I go in, I’m told the same story — that they’ll take pictures, send them to Honda, and I’ll be contacted. Then months go by with no response. When I follow up, I’m told the pictures were “lost” due to new management.

At this point, I just want my paint fixed and my car properly inspected when I bring it in. It’s frustrating to keep getting brushed off when these are issues that Honda themselves acknowledge. A little honesty, follow-through, and accountability would go a long way.

My sales person Chaz was great!!! Awesome customer service. Answered all my questions. Kept in touch with me with out being pushy. Took care of any issues I had. The only issue I had was with the first finance representative. He really was pushy and kept on pestering me to buy the extended warranty and Honda GAP insurance. I explained that I had the extra 20% payback with my insurance company plus they add Honda's Value Sheild to all their purchases to help with depreciation so I didn't feel I needed it. I literally had to say no thanks and leave. I came back the next day and got a different finance representative which didn't push those services on me and i walked out happy. I know it's their job to sell those services but no thank you is no thank you! Other than that, it was a great experience

We purchased our new 2026 Honda Odyssey from Sinan at NS Honda!! We had a great experience from start to finish. Sinan, Danny, Steven and the entire team were exceptional. They were personable, professional and honest. We greatly appreciated it and highly recommend them.

Not overly impressed with this dealership, took over 30 minutes for anyone to notice i was on the lot to even offer assistance. The sales rep came out after some prompting and test drive went great, answered the questions i had. Was sold on the car but finally came the haggling, the price shown on the online price is not the price on the lot, they add extra non-optional features that i have no way in no means need. according to them corporate makes them add it on with no way of removing it. trying to get them to budge on any price point of financing i would have a better time curing cancer at this point.
