Purchased a 2014 Subaru CrossTrek that appeared to be in good shape & low miles 01-03-24 and IMMEDIATELY we were having numerous little issues.  For example the car wouldn't start the day we brought it home!  Also it had electrical problems with lights burning out repeatedly (though replacing with new), etc.  It sounds stupid but the battery was shot, the key wouldn't work occasionally, just one thing after another.  We watched the fluids because was leaking a little.  I was suspect it was a lemon in a flood or something because little things kept popping up left & right.  Then came the hammer when last week about 1.5 years later (after paying 14k) we found it overheating again & again... only to find out that the transmission was shot.  So now the car is absolutely worthless.  Be careful these guys might be just picking up auction cars

Joe was super helpful and communicative throughout my buying process. I visited a total of 3 times (only due to my reasonings, could have completed a sale the first visit) and all times he was very pleasant and welcoming to work with. He allowed me to test drive any and all cars I had interest in and helped provide all the info on the 2 cars I had narrowed it down to. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market and would return to him myself.

Steve was also very kind and super informative once I had chosen a car. He helped close the deal and was even able to lower my rate by 1%. (Not much, but he really did his best for me and it showed). He explained how he would recommend  make my payments and made his personal suggestions to me with warranties and extras. He taught me a few things on the financial side that I will definitely apply in the real world. I really appreciated his honesty and input.
