Works perfectly. Looks new from the front, as seen in pictures. Seats sit a little higher than some couches, making it easier for elderly to raise from the couch . I liked that about this couch . Only damage is on the back... we bought couch with this damage... We used a couch cover, so this was never an issue for us.. Gray color.
