2020 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD HIGH WALL HW277 Sleeps four to six comfortably in a high-wall configuration that allows for near standard height cabinetry (32.75”), and a tall ceiling (7’4”). The queen and king-sized pull-out beds have heated mattresses, and the side slide-out provides a large, U-shaped dinette that can be configured as a double bed. Tires are as new, and both batteries were replaced just over a year ago during sales preparations at Camping World (05/2024). This camper is fitted with both a power tongue jack and roof lift system, and has a “Solar on the side” electrical input. Exterior features include a pull-out kitchen with an additional propane stovetop and sink. The detachable propane grill and side shelf can be mounted alongside, under the 13 foot wide canopy. An outdoor shower is accessible from the opposite side of the camper. Holding tanks are incorporated for both gray and black water, although the bathroom has never been set up or used by us. When left folded down, the bathroom/ interior shower creates additional counter space. A Reese weight distribution hitch assembly can added to the purchase, if desired (380lb trailer tongue weight appropriate).
