Before I went inside the lobby, Rojar introduced himself and made me feel welcome. We started looking at cars and he knew which one I was most interested in before I told him. Even though we looked at others, at the end of the day I was driving the vehicle I was after, and I have never felt more satisfied with a transaction. It's the way business should be done.
