This is BUSINESS high quality laptop from Lenovo. Everything works great (except external battery). 12GB RAM/memory. SSD (MLC flash - Fast & extremely durable). Free Ultrabay to 2.5" SSD/HDD adapter included. New touchpad. Backlight keyboard. Not a single broken pixel on the screen. New high quality thermal paste. Just cleaned the cooling system. Opens 180 degrees! (see photo). Has physical PgUp/PgDn buttons and dedicated volume and microphone on/off buttons! Best/very convenient keyboard among laptops. Keyboard works great (replaced recently). Just installed brand new Linux Mint 22.2 (2025). Linux Mint has very similar to Windows interface. I use Linux every day and like it much better than Windows. It will likely save you hundreds on software (on Linux almost all soft is FREE including office). BIOS is UNLOCKED and one has access to ALL the low level/advanced options that normally are hidden (even if one finds the same model). Anti-glare screen (I used it outside even under the sun a lot). Can add a specially designed Lenovo Cardreader for this laptop (its a natural extension for the laptop, almost internal/builtin) for $5 (not included in the price). Can also upgrade WIFI and/or install an additional 500GB SSD (Crucial MX300 with very durable TLC flash (way better than most modern QLC SSD)) or HDD if you're willing to add some cash. Normally Lenovo laptops has whitelist for WIFI cards (i.e. Lenovo normally restricts what card will work). In this laptop WIFI card whitelist is REMOVED and one can install absolutely ANY physically compatible WIFI card (I can upgrade it for a small fee). Battery is EXTERNAL (takes literally 5 seconds to install/replace/remove). Boots in about 20 seconds. Most later ThinkPad models came with slower CPU (up to a certain year). Everything can be upgraded in this laptop if needed(e.g. RAM, HDD/SSD, wifi, etc). RAM, HDD/SSD can be accessed very easily by just removing 1-2 screws. It can even have up to 3 SSD (or 2 SSD +1 HDD) drives at the same time! Built Webcam & Bluetooth, WIFI. It has a special port for Lenovo dock-station that I have and can include for $13. This dock has LOTS of all kinds of ports (including power port). Just press 1 button to disconnect, super convenient. Bad battery (needs new battery, which there're plenty on ebay/Amazon).
