Just move the pin and go. • Chest Press & Pec Fly: Hit the "Pumping Iron" chest workout with the dual-action arms. • Lat Pulldown: Build that "V-taper" back so you can carry all the groceries in one trip. • Leg Developer: Foam-padded station for leg extensions and curls. (Don't skip leg day!) • Low Row Station: Perfect for curls or seated rows. • Clean Upholstery: No tears, no duct tape, no "mystery stains." The Logistics (Read Carefully!): • The "Buddy" System: Bring a pickup truck and one reasonably strong friend. • The "Slide": We have a pallet jack to roll it right to your tailgate. From there, we just tip her back and slide it into your truck bed.
