Kutani Japanese Rare Porcelain Ship of Good Fortune This is a Japanese "SHIP OF GOOD FORTUNE." It has 7 symbols on On top of it, which represents the 7 Japanese deities. The seven deities: •EBISU- represented by the oral (God of food) •DAIKOKU- represented by the hammer (God of wealth and power) •BENTEN- represented by the key (God of beauty and music) •BISHAMON- represented by the helmet in bow (God of religion and war) •FUKUROKUJIN- represented by the round balls (God of philosophy) •JUROJIN- represented by scrolls (God of wisdom) •HOTEI- represented by antique coins ( God of wealth) This is a decorative treasured ship of good fortune ornament made with beautiful colors and patterns unique to the Kutani technique. The inside of the treasured ship is designed to store small objects. It's in fair condition. There's a piece that was broken from the coral. That small broken piece is lost. This is a piece of "Kutani" (Nine Valleys) Porcelain
