The mobile home has new appliances a stove, refrigerator, microwave and a wall heater. It also comes with a 12 volt TV, two 90 gallon propane tanks and solar panels. The bedroom is in the back, shower and toilet in front of that, then a kitchenette a living room/dining area and then the driver and passenger seats. Above them is a storage area or you could put another bed. It does run but needs a gasket on the transmission oil pan… The tires are great pretty new the mileage is unsure because the motor was replaced as well as the water pump. Overall needs a lil tell but runs very good.
