Description
I currently have it parked in Gig Harbor, but it’s best I move it to Tacoma so that it’s easier for buyer to see it. So I’ll be transporting it Monday, the 28th, and if you’re still interested then please feel free to message me. Thank you! A very unique, very functional travel trailer! It’s really one of a kind, as I’ve never seen one quite like it! I have owned this for 2 years and have got a ton of use out of it. I love this trailer, but I don’t have room to store it, and I have recently purchased a new one. This is a 1997 made by a small company in Oregon that’s not longer in business. This trailer is sold as-is and is priced to sell, I will not be open to haggling much in price, as I’m going to price this below market. This weighs probably 1800 pounds and can be towed with a V6, as I used a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. Basically this doesn’t have a shower or A/C, but it’s got mostly everything else. Included: Toilet and black water tank (tiny restroom) Gas stove Spacious 4 person table folds into a spacious full size bed (I’m 6’2 and it’s very comfortable when you add a memory foam on top). Fresh water tank (no hot water heater). Spacious closet Tons of cabinet space all over Refrigerator (gas/electric) Make no mistake, this trailer is transportable and licensed and ready for camping today. I used it for many trips in its current condition. But, there are various issues that I will list now: Battery does work correctly. It’s a new battery, but I haven’t even connected it for a year, I just leave it at home. The power outlet outside can connect directly to an outlet or generator and you’ll have full power in the trailer, but it will have no electricity when not connected externally. I had someone look at it, and it appears to need new, basic wiring probably. Trailer has 4 rusty stabilizer jacks that work very fine, but one for them does not work correctly. I think a bolt fell off and I’ve been told it’s an easy fix, but I’ve literally been using just 3 stabilizers for the past year and it has worked just fine. Or you can always keep it hooked up to the truck and that naturally stabilizes it anyways. There is a leak in the ceiling vent, as it appears to be the air vent straight above. If it’s a light rain I don’t notice anything. But heavy rain uncovered will cause dampening in the ceiling in one area. I would then cover it and put a big fan in it for a day and air dry it. I have never smelled mildew or seen molding, as this has always been covered with a trailer cover when parked during any rain. It was parked all winter and covered and I had moisture catchers inside and I am very pleased it looks and smells great 100%. I have been told I would probably need to take the vent off and reseal it. Could be done probably fairly easily if someone knows how to do that stuff. I backed up into it with my truck one and t-boned myself. It bend the corner, and you’ll see in picture, but I had to flattened out and besides looking a bit rough there, it’s not very noticeable from the passer-by. This has not affected the functionality at all, and this creates no issues other than how it looks. Half of the power outlets inside don’t work, as this happened once before to me cause blue a little fuse, but it was easily fixable by switching out one of the $1 fuses inside, but I’ve been too lazy to fix it. Like I mentioned, I am pricing this relatively low to sell it as-is. I am not in a rush to sell it per-se, I am looking for the right price and right buyer.
