8ft W, 40in D, 30in H It's a big couch, great for lounging! It's in good shape, no tears, probably will want to unzip the cushion covers and put them in the wash, but its a free used couch so that what I would expect anyway. I put it out Saturday morning 7/5, its has not been out in the rain/weather. Located on Camelot Park SW in Olympia. It's at the end of the driveway, on a little dead end cul de sac in the Ken Lake neighborhood. It is easy to find, there's only 10 houses on our the street. First person to come pick it up gets it. Will delete post when it's gone.
