28 ft Travel Trailer for sale CLEAN DRY AND ROAD READY! Pictures really don't do it justice, so come see for yourself. Of course it could use a little work but in great shape for it's age and its currently livable, I have been staying in it for the last year. very spacious, the previous owner removed the dinning area and some living room cabinets for a wide open living room area. Still has lots of storage space. Roll out awning works Propane stove and oven work fine, I will include 2 propane bottles with the sale of the trailer. 110 and 12v systems all work, hot water system works but you have to light the pilot manually because the igniter doesnt work refrigerator has no shelves but runs on propane or 110 and the igniter works fine Never used the furnace but it should work Flushing mechanism for the toilet is broken, tried to order a new one but it wasnt right, easy $20 fix Some light water damage from an old leak that has been repaired, has not had any leaks since I moved into it.
