Dynamic father-son duo! Small family-owned business that prioritizes customer service (so rare these days, I know...). Yet this young man, Alex was the catalyst for this outcome from the moment he answered the phone to the moment my new motorcycle was delivered all the way up in West Hollywood, even asking for me to send a picture so he could sit in the excitement with me. He was kind, listened, and handled his business, not once letting the desire of making a sale dilute the humanity he exuded throughout the entire process. I called to ask a few questions, got a price quote, with every expense and fee broken down in a precise, official invoice which was sent out only minutes after. I was able to make a payment via Zelle around 3:00-4:00pm in the afternoon and had the bike out in front of my place that same evening, in immaculate condition, with all appropriate paperwork and even registered with the DMV. So refreshing to see that there are solid men still out there doing g their jobs with integrity and leading with empathy.
