My cousin purchased this Lounge Chaise sofa unit from CB2 and is moving and cant take this with her. No rips. no tears. Fabric is super durable and cushion cover can be removed and machine washed. The look and general condition is excellent but it does have a sun kissed side from a corner window it was near ( see 3rd picture ) She has had it professionally cleaned 2 months ago. This is low riding and very comfortable and shel has fallen asleep on this many many times! 65" L "x 48" D
