This is an original diptych composed of two 12 by 24 inch canvases. I chose to paint cotton on a blue background because it symbolizes harmony for me. I wanted to combine weightlessness and warmth in order to create a feeling of magic. Both paintings are made with professional acrylic paints, molding paste, golden leaf using a pallet knife. The blue colors have different shades like green and turquoise.  They would be appropriate for any interior with neutral or cool colored walls. The painting is protected with varnish.  This is a high quality, gallery style canvas with paint around all edges and will look great with or without a frame.
