Another store that claims the car has no issues before the purchase, but after just one day of driving, problems start to appear. And they WILL NOT fix it. they will stall you, and you'll waste several days at the store without getting anything resolved.

Do not buy a car from this store. that's my recommendation.

I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They sold me a faulty car and have been completely unhelpful in resolving the issues. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, they’ve shown no willingness to make things right. Honestly, you’d probably have better luck buying from a shady tree dealership. At least you’d know what you’re getting into. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

The worst dealership, my daughter bought a car 1/29/25. Drove it home turned the car off and it  wouldn't start back up, not even 2 hours. Her and her 2 grandchildren were stranded on I-95 for 2 hours. Very nasty personality, won't give her another car or her money back. I am calling the news channels.

Highly recommend. I had an amazing experience buying my new car from Karzilla with sales person Jordon and Alex. Team went above and beyond. Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire process stress free. I'm thrilled with my new car and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal no matter youre situation they will get it done!

I would give these people negative stars if I could. I bought a car on October 7, and just a week and a half later, I found myself stranded on the side of the road. I returned to them for help, and they gave me another car, but I broke down again on the turnpike. All of this happened within 17 days. It's a joke! While the cars may look nice, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this company. They are crooks!
