Selling my 2001 Class A Winnebago Brave 33V RV Motorhome with a Chevy 8.1L engine with a Workhorse chassis. It has 31, 636 miles on it. Has a 5,000 pound towing capacity, good for desert tows or towing a car. Selling as we are moving out of state, otherwise I would keep it. All lights, appliances, and tanks work. Both ducted AC units work and can both run at the same time while hooked up to 30amp shore power. Brand new coach battery, and has two house batteries. Comes with a macerator for pumping the black and Grey tanks, can pump 100 feet away using just a regular garden hose. Also comes with a brand new in the box tankless water heater(not yet installed) the current 6 gallon water heater also works perfectly. Has a new drinking water hose. All sinks, shower, and toilet are functional and in good shape. Water pump works flawlessly. Propane furnace also works. Refrigerator can run off AC and propane power. Comes with a bluetooth Watchdog surge protector/kwh tracker. Most of the RV has a fresh coat of paint inside and have plenty more paint if you want to continue. Also will include a tub and tile refinishing kit if you don't like the old school yellow shower insert. Kept very very clean and smell free. Plenty of outlets and they all work. Tons of overhead storage and closet storage. It was very comfortable and spacious with the slide out. It has plenty of basement storage as well. Would be perfect to live in or rent out for income. The couch in the living room electrically slides out to become another bed. The awning is good and works. Engine runs perfectly, tires are good. Cruises down the road well, brakes are good, transmission shifts flawlessly, passed smog within the last month. Registered to December 2025, clean title. Has a ton of life left in her. Exterior has been de-branded. She has a couple quirks such as a cracked windshield that doesnt leak or obstruct your view while driving. Carpet is original and could use some attention. Generator needs a carb clean to run. Black tank cable assembly broke off, but valve works perfectly so just have to manually open and close it or get a new cable assembly. Asking $15k, will accept reasonable cash offers. If you are needing to get a loan through the bank for it I will require the full $15k and willing to fully cooperate during the process.
