This review is long overdue. Bought a used manual Mazda 3 hatchback from here back in 2023. Drove all the way cross country from Seattle here to New York City for job relocation last year (2024). Just sold the car recently with about 170k miles on it.

The car has no mechanical issues at all. Pleasant experience going thru the sales and financing with Danny.

Just bought a 2010 Subaru Outback for a great price compared to the rest of the market. Chase was super helpful and let us wander around the lot on our own without pressuring us. The whole sales process was streamlined and easy; they even gave me $450 for my old car which was more than I thought I could get. I will update this review if I have issues with the car in a few months, but so far so good!

I had a great experience test driving a minivan with Ron the other day. He was communicative and low-pressure, giving us space to check out the car and drive it around. He even came in on his day off to help us out.

Rich's was kind enough to drop off the car for a pre-purchase inspection, which revealed repairs beyond what we are willing to spend (note: this is still a used car dealership, and these guys can't know every single thing about the vehicles they sell. They’re upfront about that. You still have to do your homework.)

Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service and transparency we encountered. Although we didn't buy this time, we'll consider coming back in the future and we'll ask for Ron specifically.
