My experience from start to finish was textbook how I feel a lexus dealership should operate.

Met with friendliness, willingness to go the extra mile to try and find the right vehicle, and a genuine care for customers. Treated like a guest in their home.

I drove to Clearwater from Orlando, although this was the furthest dealership I was in contact with, it was obvious that Lexus of Clearwater operates at a different pace than the others. The amount of effort that Dan and Sidney put into ensuring I had the right vehicle located and reserved was unmatched, and made it clear that this is who I want to do business with.

Gabriel was very helpful and we negotiated a straight deal over the phone for my mother's new NX. When we went to pick it up, I got lucky and there was a GX that a customer had reserved in advance which they changed their mind on. I ended up trading in my vehicle and getting a new vehicle for myself as well. The deal was fair and the conversations were easy going, straight forward, quick and clear. I was very pleased with the experience. We arrived at 6 PM and my mother was out the door by 7:45. I decided around that time that I wanted to move forward with the GX and with no previous discussions, I was out the door with my new car by 9:30 PM. Gabriel, Ali and Jeremy the finance managers, and Preston stayed late to facilitate and I was grateful. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.

I actually thought I was going to leave my new car there but as I was on my way there a guy messaged me and drove from Orlando to by my old car. That day was a super cool experience all around. Grateful God led me to Clearwater Lexus. 🙌🏻

I had my entire AC system replaced at Meineke and when they finished the convertible top and gas gauge stopped working , my fuel economy went to the gutter, and my brakes got soft. Meineke Clearwater sent me to Lexus saying it was a “computer” issue and when Lexus received the vehicle, Meineke told Lexus they would only pay for 3 hours of labor and after that to tell me “good luck” on fixing my car.

Lexus tried to assert that the mechanical top and gas gauge needed some form of mechanical replacement which was obviously not true given all of these issues happened when the dashboard was pulled out. They gave me the car back and sent me a survey asking how they did. I told them I wasn’t happy, their team called me and said they would get to the bottom of the problem no matter what and took my car in for a second look.  Using some info I got on AI, they were able to find two ECU connectors completely disconnected that were the source of all the issues. They fixed my car and even gave it a wash. Thankful that they went above and beyond and believed me when I told them it was NOT a mechanical problem. My SC430 is back to normal thanks to them. The car has been in my family since 2003 and will be running great for another 20 years thanks to Lexus.
